Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days. Express options are available at checkout. You'll receive tracking once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, we may not be able to make changes. Contact us as soon as possible.

My tracking hasn't updated — what do I do?
Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after your shipping confirmation email. If it still hasn't moved after 5 business days, contact us.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. See our full Returns page for details.

How long do refunds take?
5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

We source from verified suppliers. Supplement products are third-party tested. Specific certifications are listed on each product page where applicable.

Can I find your products in stores?
MAMMOTH is an online-only store. We ship directly to your door.
